Helping Neurodivergent Individuals Thrive in a Neurotypical World
At the heart of my counseling and coaching work is a deep passion for supporting adolescents and adults with ADHD, autism, learning differences, and sensory processing challenges. I help them accept themselves, embrace their uniqueness, and better understand their incredible brains and bodies.
In a world largely designed for neurotypical minds, navigating daily life with a neurodiverse brain can come with real challenges. But with the right insight, support, and strategies, those challenges can be met with compassion and skill. I help my clients recognize how their nervous systems work, identify barriers, and develop practical tools to work with their brain and body — not against them.
My goal is to foster self-understanding, reduce shame, and empower people to plan for obstacles rather than be derailed by them. Because when we stop trying to fit into someone else’s mold and start honoring our own wiring, we create space for genuine confidence, connection, and growth.
Why Clear Creek
The name Clear Creek comes from a place rooted in family, connection, and growth — my grandparents' ranch, where I spent countless days exploring nature, picking flowers, laughing with family, and learning the values of hard work, resilience, and real relationships.
Those years shaped how I show up today: grounded, patient, and genuinely invested in the people I work with. Just like that creek, growth isn't always a straight line — but with the right support, it always finds its way forward.
